Artistic gymnastics refers to what most people think of as just "gymnastics". IGM's artistic program focuses on developing each gymnasts' full potential in a safe and fun environment. Our facility is one of the best in the Twin Cities with top-of-the-line equipment and training facilitators such as a 30ft Tumble-Trak and a large in-ground foam block pit.
Sahara Girls - Artistic and Rhythmic Combo Class. This class will cover all the basics in both forms of gymnastics as well as trampoline. Offered for girls ages 6 and up. This class is 60 minutes in duration
Gobi Boys. This class is specifically for boys ages 6 and up. The class will cover all the basics on Floor, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings, and Vault, as well as Trampoline. This class is 60 minutes in duration.
Stretching for Artistic Gymnastics. This class consists of the much needed ballet and stretching that artistic gymnasts need, but often neglect. Offered for ages 7 and up. This class is 60 minutes in duration.
